Some trips to the Bahamas need security arranged around the aircraft as well as on it, and we can help put that in place at both ends of the flight.
Boarding and leaving the aircraft is often the most exposed part of the day, and some trips need protection in place at that point. Where that applies, we can assist with arranging bodyguards, armored personnel, armored transport and security escort services through third-party vendors.
Who Asks for This
Government officials and delegations, executives traveling in an unfamiliar market, high-profile individuals, and anyone moving with cash or valuables. It is a routine request, and we treat it as one.
Where a principal travels with a protective detail, meaning the security team accompanying them, we will factor that team into the aircraft and the arrival arrangements from the quoting stage.
Ground Transportation
With enough notice before your flight, we can do the legwork to help you locate and arrange ground transportation through a third-party vendor, whether that is a luxury chauffeured sedan, a stretch limousine, a Sprinter-style van, or even an armored vehicle, in Nassau, Freeport or the Out Islands.
Vehicle availability is not the same across the islands. Nassau and Grand Bahama have far more options than a small Out Island, and your advisor will tell you what is realistic where you are going rather than promising something that cannot be delivered there.
Discretion
Passenger identities and flight itineraries are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis. Arrivals happen at the private terminal, which is also where Bahamas Customs and Immigration clear you, so the time spent in public areas is short.
Raise security requirements at the quoting stage. They influence the aircraft, the airport and the timing, and they are much easier to arrange with notice than on the day. Speak to an advisor.
