Privacy on the Ground
Passenger identities and flight itineraries are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis. Arrivals happen at the private terminal rather than through the main airline hall, and in the Bahamas that is also where Customs and Immigration clear you, so you spend very little time in public areas.
The Out Islands go further still. Airports serving Eleuthera, Harbour Island, the Exumas and Abaco are quiet places with very few people watching, which is a large part of why they are used.
Getting It Right
Every flight between the United States and the Bahamas is international, so every passenger needs a valid passport, and your first landing has to be at a designated airport of entry.
