The Bahamas has been a gaming destination since long before most of the competition existed, and Nassau remains the main event. The casino floors on Paradise Island and Cable Beach draw players from across the United States, and almost all of them arrive by air.
Charter is the natural way to do it. A short hop from South Florida, no connections, a private terminal at both ends, and a schedule that belongs to you rather than an airline.
Getting There and Home
Nassau is a straightforward charter from Florida and comfortably reachable from the northeast and midwest. Aircraft range from light jets for a small group up to airliner-size aircraft for well over a hundred passengers.
We also arrange helicopter charter for short transfers, and flights out of the Bahamas to gaming and racing destinations elsewhere.
On the Ground
Where a trip calls for it, we can help arrange ground transportation through a third-party vendor, including a luxury chauffeured sedan, a stretch limousine, a Sprinter-style van, or an armored vehicle. That last one comes up more than you might think when someone is traveling with cash, and it is worth arranging in advance rather than at the curb.
On-board arrangements including catering at additional cost, a flight attendant where the aircraft supports one, and pet-friendly cabins can all be requested before we quote.
Discretion and Documents
Passenger identities and flight itineraries are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis, which for a good many clients is the main reason they charter in the first place.
Every flight between the United States and the Bahamas is international, so every passenger needs a valid passport, and your first landing has to be at a designated airport of entry, where Bahamas Customs and Immigration clear the aircraft.
Whether you are heading to Nassau, or out of the islands to a casino or a race meeting elsewhere, do not gamble on the travel. Ask us for a quote.
